At Chef Kim’s Kitchen, we dedicate ourselves to crafting a unique and exceptional culinary journey for each client. To maintain the meticulous standard of our service and respectfully manage the time of our culinary team, we have updated our cancellation policy. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. 

Our Cancellation Policy 

  • 72+ Hours’ Notice: A full refund will be provided for cancellations made more than 72 hours before your scheduled weekly service. 
  • 48+ Hours’ Notice: A 50% charge of the weekly service fee will apply to cancellations made between 48 and 72 hours in advance. 
  • Less than 48 Hours’ Notice: Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full weekly service fee. 

Service Pause Option 

Should you need to temporarily stop your service, you can now pause your account. 

  • 72+ Hours’ Notice Required: Simply notify us at least 72 hours in advance of your next service date. 
  • How to pause: Simply email us at Chefkimskitchen@gmail.com. Service is only paused when you receive a confirmation email back from Chef Kim.
